**NEW**  THE BIGGEST LOSER CHALLENGE

 

WHAT IS IT?

 

Gather a group of people ie. friends, co-workers, family, etc. and create an entry fee to join the BIGGEST LOSER CHALLENGE.  The fee normally ranges from $20 - $30 per person.  The person to lose the greatest percentage of total body fat lost over a 3 or 4 month period wins the entire pot of entry fee funds!  This is a great incentive and motivation along with losing weight in a team challenging environment.

RECOMMENDATIONS

 

  1. A motivational speech/ pep rally prior to commencement of the competition to help education the players on what they need to do to ultimately change their lives.  I will speak about exercise and nutrition principles in order to improve quality of life.  In order to change the quality of your life you have to get to the root of the problem and change the way you think about nutrition and exercise.  I will discuss popular roadblocks that get in way of reaching goals.  With my candor, wit and experience I will teach teammates how to stay on track and obtain success beyond their wildest dreams!

 

  1. Body weight and measurements prior to teammates beginning their 3 month challenge.

 

  1. Body weight and measurements halfway through the challenge.

 

  1. Body weight and measurements in closing of the competition.

 

COST

 

The motivation speech will normally last 45 minutes to 1 hour.  When I measure and weigh teammates I require 3 – 5 minutes per individual.  The rate per hour is $75.00 plus tax.

 

I provide teammates with 3 handouts.  A quick and healthy dinner recipe, information on weight training and burning fat and two challenging workouts requiring no equipment.

·   Strengthen your entire body, lose inches and understand the value of a strong core                                     

·    TOTAL COST:  $390.00

 

3.   PARTNER ATTACK TRAINING 

·   15 personal training sessions for yourself and a partner

·   Primary goals:  feel good, look good and de-stress

·   Acquire the added value of a partner to motivate you through your training journey

·   Focus on understanding the principles of core, strength, agility, balance, flexibility and a sound nutritional program to help you succeed at achieving your goals

·   BONUS GIFT:  2 customized meal plans ($100.00 value)
