About Us

Biography

Danielle is a leader in the Personal Fitness Training field providing professional fitness training encompassing a Total Body approach, weight training, core training, balance training, functional training and neuromusclular training to make you a healthier and more functional individual. By keeping your workouts interesting and challenging, Danielle helps you stay motivated.

She is a Certified Personal Trainer and holds 3 certifications in Personal Training. She has also studied nutrition and the requirements needed for our bodies to compensate for our active lifestyles in order to feel and look great!

Philosophy

I believe in a total, complete healthy lifestyle - of whole living in all aspects of one's life - physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. Each aspect affects each other and therefore works with each other. When a person is in great physical shape, they feel great, and more effectively handle life and get the most out of their life. When a person is up, they feel more confident, have more energy, do more things, they accomplish and achieve more and in turn the more successful they become. It is truly incredible how personal goals can be reached from exercising and proper nutrition no matter what your current age or shape.

I have made it my mission to share my knowledge and experience with others. It brings me joy and satisfaction improving people's lives.

Experience

Danielle has worked with men and women of all ages and helped them become physically fit by losing fat, gaining muscle, and improving their strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular fitness.

She has also helped individuals improve their performance for other sports like golf, running, bodybuilding, snowboarding, etc.

Advanced Exercise Nutrition Specialist, Human Kinetics;
Fitness for Women Specilist, Human Kinetics;
First-Aid and CPR Certified;
Advanced Training in Weight Management, Metabolism, and Functional Exercise and Training;
